Business Development Representative (Independent Contractor)

Harvey Web Solutions is seeking driven and results-oriented Independent Contractors to join our growing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs).

About Harvey Web Solutions:

We help small and medium-sized businesses establish a strong online presence by providing website development, hosting, domain registration, SEO, and various digital marketing solutions.

About the Role:

As a BDR, you will play a vital role in driving our sales growth by generating high-quality leads for our web solutions. You will be an independent contractor who sets your own hours and works remotely, but thrives in a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, social media prospecting, and in-person networking.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for our services.
  • Input qualified leads into our CRM system through a user-friendly custom portal.
  • Stay up-to-date on Harvey Web Solutions’ offerings and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.

Compensation:

  • Earn commission on every closed deal! You will receive a base payout of $50 per converting lead, with additional bonuses for E-commerce ($100) and Premium package deals ($200). Commission payouts are multiplied by the contract length (e.g., a 5-year Premium deal pays $1000). There is no cap on the amount of commissions you can earn.

Qualifications:

  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a hunger to succeed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales or lead generation is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in cold calling and/or email marketing techniques is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
